Head chef Alan is a self-taught chef with over 20 years experience. He has always had a passion for Italian flavours and his aim is to highlight and celebrate the best of Irish produce as well as Italian produce, technique and tradition.


Sienna’s is a family-run restaurant, run by husband and wife team, Alan & Robyn. After 10 successful years of Nautilus they have decided to bring the restaurant in a new direction and explore a fresh exciting concept and so Sienna’s ‘Food inspired by Italy” was born. Our mission is to prepare and cook delicious rustic food, seafood, handmade pastas, full of flavours in a delightful marine setting.



Sienna’s has a unique location in the seaside town of Malahide, a beautiful bay window boasts stunning views of the marina.
